Candidate Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• 6+ years of experience as a software engineer
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams
• Experience working cross-functionally to build prioritized roadmaps
• Ability to balance shipping features, managing tech debt, and writing SQL queries to analyze data

As an Engineering Manager, you will hire, support, and coach a distributed team, collaborate with product, design, and support functions, and guide technical decisions. Your first month will involve meeting team members, peers, and getting up to speed on technical projects, while the first three months include shipping your first big feature and participating in quarterly planning.
