Enterprise Solution Engineer - Central in USA

Sigma Computing is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Solution Engineer - Central to join its engineering team in the USA. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, managing the technical presales cycle for Sigma's cloud-native business intelligence platform. You will work alongside sales, product, engineering, and support teams to deliver presentations, custom demos, and solution prototypes that showcase the platform's ability to provide live access to cloud data warehouses without requiring SQL programming.

Core Responsibilities

• Run targeted discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer business challenges.
• Build and present customized demos and solution prototypes for customers, trade shows, and webinars.
• Articulate the business value of the Sigma platform and complete RFP/RFI technical responses.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements and maintain product expertise.
• Travel approximately 25% of the time.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of business intelligence experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, a related field, or equivalent technical and business experience.
• Strong understanding of database concepts and cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Fivetran, Matillion, or traditional ETL approaches.
• Strong customer relationship, organizational, and multitasking skills.
