Enterprise Solutions Architect - Americas in USA
Ashby is seeking a senior-level Enterprise Solutions Architect for the Americas region to join the Professional Services team within the Customer Success organization. This architecture role bridges the gap between pre-sales motions and implementation work to support enterprise customers.
Role Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to scope and design implementation approaches for complex enterprise opportunities.
- Translate customer needs into a clear path to go-live, defining success milestones and required services.
- Create, negotiate, and execute Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Participate in sales handoffs and kickoff calls to maintain continuity into delivery.
- Refine go-to-market motions and contribute to playbooks and frameworks.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS across Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, or Management Consulting.
- Ability to diagnose business processes and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Experience handling complex, multi-stakeholder deals with implementation components.
- Excellent communication and executive influencing skills.
