Role Responsibilities and Impact

In this Forward Deployed Engineer position, you will work directly with enterprise clients to design, deploy, and optimize GenAI data solutions while maintaining full ownership of final delivered data quality. Embedded across engineering, data operations, and client delivery, the role ensures that datasets, pipelines, workflows, and automations meet strict accuracy, reliability, and performance requirements for GenAI model development.

• Act as a trusted consultative partner by defining requirements, shaping annotation guidelines, and delivering insights to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Translate ambiguous client needs into scalable workflows and deliver zero-defect GenAI datasets.
• Build scalable, reproducible, and observable validation and automation pipelines that reduce manual review effort and rework.
• Contribute reusable quality frameworks and validators across multiple projects.

Candidate Qualifications

Applicants must bring experience working on GenAI, machine learning, or model evaluation data, paired with a consultative problem-solving approach for client conversations. You should have hands-on experience designing data pipelines, validation systems, or workflow automation, along with a track record of owning final data quality and translating business needs into technical validation logic. Strong documentation skills prioritizing reproducibility, observability, and reliability are essential for working directly with client engineering and machine learning teams.
