You will help build the infrastructure behind League's Benefits Navigation Agent by reviewing and validating AI-generated health benefits guidance.
Key Responsibilities and Areas of Focus
- Design and pressure-test member scenarios to ensure rubrics reflect real-world member questions and failure modes.
- Evaluate AI agent performance by grading responses against structured accuracy and coverage standards, and flag misstatements or boundary oversteps.
- Contribute domain expertise in benefits plan design, claims operations, regulatory compliance, member navigation, or supplemental health solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of meaningful hands-on experience in benefits administration, plan design, payer operations, regulatory compliance, member advocacy, or supplemental health solutions.
- Completed Bachelor's degree.
