Freelance Clinicians

League, a leading healthcare experience platform, is building a network of Senior Level Freelance Clinicians for flexible, remote healthcare engagements across Canada, the UK, and the USA. This senior-level healthcare role connects experienced practitioners with project-centric digital health work, allowing you to use your clinical judgment to shape safe and trustworthy healthcare technology products.

Projects and Responsibilities

• AI agent evaluation: Support the development and validation of rubrics, review AI-generated health responses against structured rubrics, flag guidance that crosses into unsafe territory, and provide written feedback to improve agent safety and utility.
• Subject-matter input: Provide expert perspectives on the design of care pathways and other clinically focused solutions.
• Clinical review: Validate that League's capabilities, programs, and content reflect current evidence and standards of care.
• Additional projects: Deliver subject-matter input and clinical review for patient guides and related medical information as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree, possess at least 5+ years of experience, and maintain an active clinical license in good standing—such as an RN, NP, MD, PharmD, or other licensed health professional. You must be based in and licensed to practice in Canada or the United States, bring meaningful hands-on patient care or applied clinical experience, understand scope-of-practice boundaries, and operate reliably on deadline-driven asynchronous work while utilizing Google Workspace.

Nice-to-have qualifications include prior experience with clinical validation of AI products, digital health experience development, clinical content review, clinical governance, familiarity with healthcare performance quality frameworks like HEDIS and CMS quality measures, and an interest in AI in healthcare.
