karriereguru has built a massive community with nearly 2 million followers and 30 million monthly video views. We have the brand and the niche relevance; now, we need a Head of Growth B2C / Growth Marketing Lead based in Maisach (though the role is fully remote) to take our existing 6-figure online course business and scale it to 7-figure revenues. We aren't looking for a traditional marketer; we need someone who has already proven they can drive rapid, significant growth.
You will own the entire marketing strategy for our online courses. Your focus is on increasing leads, refining funnels, boosting conversion rates, and driving sustainable revenue. This is a hands-on, high-ownership position. You will manage the following areas:
We are seeking an "A-Player" with 5+ years of experience who thinks like an entrepreneur. You must have a proven track record of scaling online course businesses from 6- to 7-figure annual revenues. While we require a primary or matric level of education, your practical experience and technical proficiency are what matter most. You are comfortable with all relevant marketing tools, stay updated on the latest trends including AI, and possess the startup mentality to manage the entire lifecycle of a business from lead generation to invoicing.
This position is available as a full-time role or as a freelance engagement. You will have 100% remote flexibility and work directly with our leadership team.
