Interlink HR Consultancy is currently hiring an entry-level HR Specialist to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or a professional in the early stages of their career looking to build experience within the HR administration field.
The successful candidate will take a hands-on approach to the full employee lifecycle. Your primary focus will be the recruitment and placement of new staff members. This involves scouting for talent, processing applications, and overseeing the recruitment and training processes.
Beyond recruitment, you will play a key role in organizational development by helping to create and maintain accurate job descriptions and requirements for various roles. You will also assist in developing salary plans and defining pay structures across the company to ensure our compensation remains market competitive.
To be eligible for this HR Specialist role, applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree. We are looking for candidates with between 0 and 2 years of relevant experience. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to support HR operations in a consultancy setting, we encourage you to apply.
