OKX, a leading crypto exchange and developer of the OKX Wallet, is seeking candidates for an entry-level Institutional Relationship Management role in APAC. Part of the OKG group, the organization connects millions of users to crypto trading, decentralized applications, and trusted crypto markets backed by Proof of Reserves.

In this management position, you will identify and acquire high-value institutional clients such as professional investment firms, asset management companies, quantitative trading teams, and family offices. You will manage the client lifecycle, take ownership of performance metrics including AUM, trading volume, and revenue contribution, and drive consultative product sales across spot, derivatives, structured products, and institution-exclusive services. The role also involves gathering client feedback, collaborating internally with product, risk, compliance, and operations teams, and tracking institutional market intelligence.

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Bachelors degree required
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Web3 industry experience, including hands-on usage or service experience with major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, or DeFi products
• Ability to quickly identify and qualify target clients with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service, or account operations (preferred)
• Basic understanding of financial markets and derivatives
