Core Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and develop a technical Solutions Architect team.
- Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, and services to drive customer outcomes and meet performance targets.
- Travel to customer sites for executive sessions, technical workshops, and relationship-building.
- Represent Databricks as a technical leader and maintain expertise in emerging data and AI trends.
Candidate Requirements
- Master's degree level of education.
- 4+ years of experience in the data space working with a technical product such as cloud infrastructure, big data, data warehousing, or machine learning.
- 3+ years of experience building, leading, and supporting technical customer-facing teams in a high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated history of building territories, growing strategic accounts, and aligning with executive stakeholders.
