Getlabs is currently hiring a full-time Mobile Phlebotomist for a healthcare role based in the USA. Operating as a leading platform for at-home diagnostics, Getlabs sends mobile specialists directly to patients to collect labs, vitals, and advanced diagnostics. This entry-level position offers a W2 hourly pay rate of $21 to $23 per hour, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements
- Travel to patient homes and offices to conduct appointments, drive between locations, and drop off samples at laboratories or patient service centers.
- Perform safe, accurate blood collection and specimen processing with minimal supervision.
- Maintain reliable communication with the operations and patient experience teams during business hours.
- Hold a bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of phlebotomy experience, along with a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency.
- Possess certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT.
- Meet physical requirements including the ability to kneel, bend, stoop, sit, reach, climb stairs, and carry 15 pounds while walking.
- Maintain a clean driving record, reliable transportation, and the ability to drive in the dark for early morning appointments starting at 5:00 am.
- Comply with company policy requiring COVID-19 vaccination for employees in contact with patients.
