Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d)

If you want to help a growing D2C brand expand its international reach, everdrop GmbH is seeking a Paid Social & Analytics Manager (m/f/d) for a remote job within Germany or hybrid from Munich in senior level management. In this performance marketing role, you will manage META ad accounts, plan growth campaigns across countries like DACH, France, and Italy, and run funnel analyses and A/B tests using tools such as Tableau, Motion, and spreadsheets.

What You Bring to the Role

• At least 2 years of hands-on META performance marketing experience for a D2C company or agency.
• Strong analytical skills, including Excel or Google Sheets, plus exposure to Tableau or GA4.
• Up-to-date knowledge of META best practices, algorithm updates, and ad formats.
• A performance mindset focused on balancing CAC, conversion rates, and revenue.
• Bonus experience running ads on TikTok or Pinterest, and fluency in English alongside German, French, or Italian.
