Product Security Analyst

HackerOne is currently seeking a mid-level Product Security Analyst to join our healthcare-aligned Technical Services organization in the USA. This remote role is targeted for candidates living within approximately 50 miles of Boston, MA, Austin, TX, Washington, DC, Seattle, WA, or the San Francisco Bay Area, CA. The salary range for this position is $135,000 to $155,000.

Role Overview and Qualifications

In this position, you will work directly with global security researchers to help customers identify, validate, reproduce, and remediate impactful vulnerabilities across bug bounty and vulnerability disclosure programs. Applicants are required to hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 3+ years of relevant experience in security.

Core Responsibilities

• Evaluate vulnerability reports submitted by security researchers to determine validity, severity, exploitability, and business impact using established frameworks such as CVSS.
• Independently reproduce reported vulnerabilities across web and mobile applications to validate findings and identify root causes.
• Communicate security findings effectively to maintain a high-quality experience for both customers and hackers.
