Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with client stakeholders to align technical requirements with business objectives.
- Plan and lead implementation engagements, configuring products to fit specific client environments.
- Collaborate across internal teams to ensure smooth rollouts and successful integrations.
- Deliver technical training tailored to audiences ranging from hands-on admins to executives.
- Identify root causes of deployment issues and collaborate with Engineering and Product Management on resolutions and product improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, focusing on product implementation or enterprise deployment.
- Operational knowledge across areas such as compute, storage, networking, databases, DevOps, big data, security, and application development.
- Full solution lifecycle experience from problem identification and architecture to testing and deployment.
- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
- Working knowledge of databases including MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL/MariaDB, or IBM DB2, along with experience using a major cloud platform.
