SWORD Health is seeking a senior-level Security Operations Lead (SecOps) to join our healthcare technology team in the USA. In this role, you will act as the technical lead for our Security Operations Center, owning how we detect, investigate, and respond to threats across our multi-continent footprint.

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree and bring 7+ years of relevant professional experience. As part of our evaluation process, applicants are expected to demonstrate AI proficiency in alignment with our internal framework, ranging from daily personal productivity use to scaling AI into workflows.

• Lead the SecOps squad and set the technical direction for SIEM architecture, detection engineering, and incident response.
• Drive an automation-first transformation by designing SOAR playbooks and LLM-assisted triage workflows.
• Manage high-severity incident response, threat hunting programs, and team mentorship.
