Senior GTM Engineering Analyst

1Password is seeking a remote Senior Gtm Engineering Analyst in Canada or the USA to join the engineering team at a senior level. In this role, you will build AI agents, data products, and analysis workflows that empower global go-to-market teams across Sales, Solutions, Customer Experience, and Channel to work faster and make better decisions. Reporting to the Director of GTM Engineering (Revenue Operations), you will connect business systems, automate repetitive processes, and rebuild revenue operations workflows to reduce manual effort.

Role Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
• Bring 4+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, sales operations, data analysis, or a related field.
• Demonstrate experience building real-world AI agents or workflows powered by large language models (LLMs).
• Work confidently with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor.
• Use SQL effectively and apply a working knowledge of statistics.
• Document and improve business processes to reduce manual work and sharpen decision-making.
