Senior Implementation Project Manager in LATAM

Launchpad Technologies is hiring a Senior Implementation Project Manager for a full-time, remote management role supporting international customers from LATAM. In this hands-on delivery position, you will own software implementation projects from initial kickoff through Go-Live and post-production stabilization. The monthly salary for this contractor position is USD 3800 to 4200, with a scheduled start date of September 2026. Working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm PST.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

You will coordinate work across technical and functional teams, manage project scopes and timelines, handle risk and escalations, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of project management experience focused on software implementations, along with advanced English proficiency for leading meetings with international clients.
