You will bridge the gap between local business teams and global product and engineering resources to deliver localized experiences—covering onboarding, fiat deposit, trading, and earn stages—while navigating regulatory frameworks, competitive landscapes, and user behaviors in emerging markets.

• Drive the complete 0-to-1 product cycle in a priority overseas market.
• Translate local user profiles, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances into actionable product and growth strategies.
• Build and manage local product feedback loops to optimize conversion, retention, and engagement.
