Senior QA Manager (Fully Remote Management Job) at SOFTGAMES
SOFTGAMES, a leading instant gaming company known for blockbuster titles like Bubble Shooter Pro, is seeking a hands-on Senior QA Manager for a fully remote management role. Candidates must be based in the European Union. In this position, you will act as the quality owner for one of the company's largest mobile puzzle games, guiding releases from early concept to global launch.
Your responsibilities will include driving release quality, establishing scalable QA processes, pushing test automation forward, and working closely with developers, product managers, and external QA partners. You will handle test planning, regression testing, define QA coverage for devices and SDKs, manage bug reports, monitor live quality, and champion a quality-first mindset. Please note that qualified candidates are expected to complete an assignment.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in mobile or instant games as your primary QA domain, ideally on live-operated F2P titles
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with IAP flows, ad mediation, ATT/consent frameworks, and attribution SDKs
- Experience with QA automation, Unity games, modern QA tools, crash reporting tools like Firebase or Crashlytics, and mobile stability issues
- Proven experience building or owning a mobile QA automation framework such as Appium or Unity Test Framework
- Strong understanding of mobile game telemetry and analytics validation
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern AI tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and English communication skills
