Solutions Engineer

Infisical, the open-source security infrastructure platform backed by $19M from investors including Google and Y Combinator, is hiring a Senior Solutions Engineer in the USA to join its engineering team. In this customer-facing senior role, you will help grow the customer base and ensure seamless product adoption for tools used to manage secrets, certificates, and privileged access for organizations like NVIDIA and Hugging Face.

Core Responsibilities and Collaboration

Working directly with the CEO, sales, and engineering teams, you will act as a trusted technical advisor. Your day-to-day work will involve running proofs-of-concept, leading demo and discovery calls, guiding onboarding, recommending architectural best practices, and hosting webinars. You will also gather user feedback to help shape the product roadmap and improve public-facing documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelors degree required
• 5+ years of professional experience
• Prior background in development, systems engineering, or DevOps
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High energy, high ownership mindset, and comfort with ambiguity
