The organization is seeking mid-level professionals for part-time, fully remote Telemedicine Physician Consultant roles across the USA. This flexible contractor position requires a Master's degree and 3-5 years of experience. The target commitment is approximately 10-15 hours per week, within an overall range of 5-40 hours per week. Salary is listed at $120-$160.

Your Clinical Focus and Responsibilities

In this role, you will deliver evidence-based virtual care via video and phone consultations. Depending on your licensure and expertise, you will focus on menopause and perimenopause care aligned with The Menopause Society and ACOG guidelines, early fertility support following ACOG and ASRM standards, or both. Metabolic health is a core component of the program, requiring routine assessment of weight, insulin resistance, and cardiometabolic risk. Clinicians comfortable prescribing and managing anti-obesity medications, including GLP-1 receptor agonists within clinical protocols, are especially encouraged to apply.

• Provide virtual assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and ongoing management of hormonal and metabolic concerns.
• Order and interpret relevant labs, document visits accurately and on time, and coordinate necessary referrals.
• Maintain active, unrestricted multi-state clinical licensure, complete credentialing, and secure additional state licenses to expand coverage.
• Participate in chart audits, case reviews, and quality assurance measures.

Success Measures

Over your first 12 to 18 months, success in this telemedicine healthcare position involves building a consistent panel of high-quality virtual visits, maintaining timely documentation with zero compliance gaps, expanding your multi-state licensure, and successfully integrating metabolic and GLP-1 care protocols.
