Calculate your overtime pay under the UAE Labour Law (Article 19 of Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021). Normal overtime is paid at your basic hourly wage plus 25%, and overtime worked between 10 PM and 4 AM is paid at your basic hourly wage plus 50%.

Example calculation
Basic salary AED 3,000, 8-hour day, 10 normal + 5 night overtime hours:
- Hourly wage = 3,000 ÷ 30 ÷ 8 = AED 12.50
- Normal OT = 10 × 12.50 × 1.25 = AED 156.25
- Night OT = 5 × 12.50 × 1.50 = AED 93.75
- Total overtime pay = AED 250.00
