Role Requirements

• Master's degree, preferably in Molecular Biology or Biotechnology
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management, ideally within life sciences or scientific products
• Technical and scientific knowledge for consultative customer discussions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel for customer site visits and industry events
• Fluent English language skills
