NTT DATA, one of the top six technology companies in the world with over 190,000 professionals across more than 50 countries, is looking for a Change Management Consultant to work remotely in LATAM within our management team. In this mid-level role, you will support the successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives across SAP, Salesforce, data, and AI programs for our global clients.
Core Responsibilities
- Define end-to-end Change Management strategy and execution across technology programs.
- Conduct stakeholder identification, mapping, and engagement planning at all levels, while performing impact assessments across roles, processes, and systems.
- Define adoption KPIs, design communication strategies, and develop training and enablement programs for end users.
- Facilitate workshops, create change assets, and partner with technical teams to align change with delivery during discovery, design, testing, and deployment phases.
- Track and report adoption metrics while acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Change Management within technology-driven transformations, including enterprise implementations like SAP, Salesforce, data, or AI initiatives.
- Proven ability to execute across the full change lifecycle, with strong knowledge of structured methodologies such as ADKAR.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience, autonomy in driving results, and excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling abilities.
- PROSCI ADKAR certification or equivalent Change Management certification is preferred.
