Customer Success Manager - Sustainability - Fashion Supply Chains

Worldly is hiring a senior-level Customer Success Manager - Sustainability - Fashion Supply Chains for a remote Customer Service position based in Europe. In this role, you will report to the EMEA Customer Success Lead and help brands and retailers across Europe build and run programs for collecting and managing ESG supply chain data. You will manage a large client portfolio at scale, onboard and train program stakeholders, and serve as the primary contact for supply chain programs while collaborating with internal Product, Education, and Support teams.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a customer success or client services organization
• Hands-on experience with consumer goods and/or fashion supply chains
• A background in sustainability and a data-driven, analytical approach
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth technology or SaaS environment
• Project management experience and fluency in tools including HubSpot, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and customer success software
• Master’s degree requirement

Compensation and Benefits
