International Audio/Video Remote Arabic Interpreters

Language Services Associates is currently seeking qualified candidates for an International Audio/Video Remote Arabic Interpreter customer service internship to join their network of Independently Contracted Interpreters. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while facilitating vital language communication for the Limited English Proficient community across medical, legal, and customer service settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective audio and video interpreting through a web-based platform
• Answer inbound calls in a timely manner and deliver superior customer service
• Adhere strictly to the Code of Professional Conduct, maintaining confidentiality
• Follow all organizational policies, professional interpretation protocols, and industry best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Full fluency in both English and Arabic
• Technology proficiency across web-based platforms, email, and Microsoft Word
• A dedicated interpreting space that is quiet, secure, and free from outside noise
• 1+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred
• Industry-specific certifications or trainings, such as CMI or CCHI, preferred
