Key Responsibilities for the Senior Business Consultant w/ French

• Support clients during implementation by gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migrations, and deploying automated programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on e-commerce, digital marketing, analytics, data management, and marketing automation.
• Build strong client relationships, enhance platform utilization, and improve KPIs and ROI alongside Customer Success Managers.
• Audit web pages, design and evaluate A/B tests, and propose changes to enhance the customer experience.
• Utilize AI tools to increase efficiency for your own workflows and your clients' daily operations.

Requirements and Work Arrangements

Candidates must have at least 2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C environments—spanning vendors, agencies, in-house e-commerce, or other client-facing roles—coupled with curiosity and a growth mindset. Bloomreach offers regional work flexibility allowing you to work from anywhere in Czechia or Slovakia, with optional office spaces available in Bratislava, Brno, and Prague.
