Senior Business Consultant w/ Spanish, French or Italian in Czechia and Slovakia
Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Business Consultant w/ Spanish, French or Italian to join the Professional Services team in Czechia or Slovakia. In this senior-level customer service role, you will help top e-commerce businesses boost performance and deliver value by deploying and utilizing the Bloomreach Engagement platform effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients during implementation by gathering business requirements, preparing data structures, managing data migration, and deploying automated programs.
- Serve as an advisor on e-commerce, analytics, data management, digital marketing, marketing automation, and email and mobile technologies.
- Build strong client relationships, maximize platform utilization, and improve key performance indicators and return on investment.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to develop business strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct audits, design and manage A/B tests, and utilize AI tools to increase efficiency for you and your clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3-6 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C SaaS or in-house e-commerce.
- Working knowledge of Bloomreach Engagement platform features is preferred.
- Background in online analytics, performance marketing, marketing automation, data science, A/B testing, personalization, and campaign optimization.
This position offers a salary of $1,500. Employees have the flexibility to work from anywhere within Czechia or Slovakia, or on a full-time basis in company offices located in Bratislava, Brno, or Prague.
