Chief Executive Officer

If you are an experienced senior leader looking to step into a Chief Executive Officer role in Europe, saas.group is conducting a confidential IT leadership search to head one of its established B2B SaaS brands.

Founded in 2017, saas.group operates a fully remote team of nearly 380 people across more than 50 countries, acquiring promising B2B software businesses and helping them grow into category leaders. You will step in to lead one of 25 established brands within the portfolio, with the exact brand revealed during the interview process.

Chief Executive Officer Leadership Scope

You will take full ownership of the brand's P&L, strategy, and culture while collaborating closely with the saas.group leadership team and board sponsor. Key responsibilities include:

• Setting a multi-year vision and evolving go-to-market motions to take the product upmarket and win bigger customers.
• Driving commercial performance across PLG, inbound, and sales-led channels while prioritizing retention and shipping speed.
• Managing budgets, financial forecasting, and the operational processes required to scale a fully remote team.
• Monitoring market trends such as AI, testing new models, and making data-driven decisions.

Candidate Requirements

The organization requires proven experience as a CEO, General Manager, or senior executive at a B2B PLG SaaS company. Candidates must demonstrate financial fluency in budgeting and forecasting, alongside a track record of driving growth, maintaining high shipping speeds, and executing multi-channel strategies.
