Workada is currently hiring Data Labeling Specialists in the USA to join our IT team. Our organization focuses on creating high-quality labeled data for advanced technology systems. We are looking for entry-level professionals who can review, organize, categorize, and quality-check digital content to help these systems better understand information and perform real-world tasks.

This is a role for individuals who are comfortable working on a computer for extended periods and possess a reliable internet connection. We require a Bachelor’s degree and are looking for candidates with 0-2 years of experience who can work independently and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Carefully review written information, images, documents, and other digital content.
• Follow detailed project instructions and written guidelines consistently.
• Utilize web-based tools, online platforms, and basic spreadsheet software effectively.
• Apply strong judgment to spot mistakes or inconsistencies in data.
• Communicate clearly in writing while maintaining a commitment to high-quality work.

At Workada, we value integrity, reliability, and curiosity. While prior experience in data labeling, annotation, quality review, research, writing, customer support, operations, or administrative work is helpful, it is not required. You will be helping to create the examples and feedback that make advanced technology more accurate, consistent, and useful.

Compensation for this position is $18 - $22 per hour, with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
