Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics (Remote, USA)

Reddit is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Revenue Strategy & Analytics team. This remote role, which is open to candidates within commuting distance of our NYC, Chicago, San Francisco, or LA offices, will focus on building and maintaining the analytical tooling and data infrastructure that supports our Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel. This is a senior-level IT position with a base salary of $167,500.

In this role, you will be responsible for building AI-ready data foundations, developing semantic models, and managing ETL workflows and data pipelines in BigQuery. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science teams to deliver analytics that drive our revenue strategy. A core part of your work will involve building and scaling dashboards and helping develop agentic analytics tools that allow Reddit’s GTM strategy to adapt rapidly.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar fields.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years of experience developing dashboards in Looker or a similar tool.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis, with BigQuery knowledge considered a plus.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate workflows.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.

The successful candidate will be proactive and comfortable navigating complex data ecosystems. Beyond the base salary, this position is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and potentially commissions, depending on the specific offer.
