Cloudbeds is hiring a Senior Level Data Services Reports & Insights Analyst for a remote IT position based in LATAM. In this senior role within the Customer Success team, you will bridge the gap between data services and business intelligence, helping properties turn raw operational and financial data into actionable decisions.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements for the LATAM IT Role
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and bring 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Build, analyze, and optimize reports across the PMS reporting suite while troubleshooting discrepancies.
- Coach hoteliers on interpreting metrics such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, and channel performance.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, and data cleaning.
- Utilize experience with BI or reporting tools involving dashboards, filters, and custom reports.
- Apply a strong understanding of data management principles, data mapping, parsing, and root-cause error analysis.
- Communicate clearly in written and verbal English, with optional bonus points for professional proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese.
- Bring direct experience with Hotel Property Management Systems, channel managers, or client-facing technical support and onboarding.
- Work effectively in a remote-first environment with cloud-based workflows and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
