Digital Marketing Specialist

6sense is seeking a Senior Level Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team in the USA. In this role, you will drive performance across paid digital channels including SEM, display, and social advertising, ensuring that spend is directed for maximum impact.

Role Responsibilities and Focus Areas

• Collaborate with our digital agency on campaign ideation, creative strategy, targeting, segmentation, and budgeting across SEM, display, and social channels.
• Measure and report on full-funnel performance metrics, translating results into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams such as product marketing, field marketing, and demand generation to execute cohesive campaigns.
• Apply an account-based marketing (ABM) approach and account tiering to scale digital spend and prioritization with account value.
• Run structured tests across creative, targeting, channels, and bidding strategies while monitoring market trends to keep our digital program ahead.

Requirements and Compensation

Candidates for this senior digital marketing role must hold a Masters degree and bring 5+ years of relevant experience. You will work independently within established practices while building effective networks with internal partners, external platform contacts, and our digital agency. The salary for this position is $113,185.50 to $125,005.40.
