Anagram, a Series A cybersecurity SaaS company with remote operations across the USA, is seeking its first Founding Marketer for a senior-level marketing role. Working directly with the CEO and COO, you will establish the company's entire marketing infrastructure from scratch, supported by an existing rebrand, strong product, and an enterprise customer base that includes Disney, Kraft, and Pfizer.

Role Responsibilities

• Build product messaging and sales enablement materials for AEs and BDRs.
• Drive inbound growth and demo requests, transitioning from an outbound-only model.
• Create content such as blogs, research, guides, tools, and webinars to engage CISOs.
• Optimize website conversion paths, landing pages, and CTAs.
• Position Anagram in AI search results.
• Elevate the Founder & CEO as a leading voice and media resource in security.
• Leverage customer logos, case studies, quotes, and reviews for social proof.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot for lead scoring, attribution, nurture, and pipeline reporting.

Requirements and Background

This senior position requires a Bachelor's degree and fresh experience. Candidates with a background in cybersecurity or adjacent industries and familiarity with the enterprise security buyer are preferred. Compensation includes a market competitive salary and a generous pool of equity.
