Kubikware™ has been in the digital space for over 20 years. We build web and mobile platforms, video games, AR/VR apps, and AI/ML products — and we do it well. Our team is split between Miami and Latin America, our clients are mostly US-based, and we've made the Inc. 5000 list five times. We're not a startup figuring things out. We know what we're doing, and the people we bring on board need to as well.
We're currently looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer somewhere in LATAM to join one of our client teams. This is staff augmentation — long-term, full-time, fully remote, paid in USD.
You'd need at least 6 years of real full-stack experience. Not just on paper — actually shipping things. We work heavily with Node.js, React, and Next.js, so those need to be second nature for you. TypeScript is non-negotiable at this point. You should know how to design and connect RESTful APIs or GraphQL, feel comfortable with PostgreSQL or MySQL, and have worked inside AWS or similar cloud setups before.
The bigger thing, honestly, is attitude. We need someone who picks up a backend problem and runs with it — not someone who waits to be told what to do next. And since you'll be talking to clients directly, your English has to be solid. Not perfect, but clear and confident.
