Remote Growth Marketer Marketing Job in the USA

Worldly is seeking a senior-level Growth Marketer for a hands-on, 6-month contract within our marketing team. This remote USA marketing role is designed for an individual contributor rather than an agency, consultancy, or fractional provider. You will directly execute campaigns from brief to launch and report on performance for our impact intelligence platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end campaigns across paid channels, email, organic, events support, and content syndication targeting consumer goods sector accounts.
• Configure HubSpot workflows, manage LinkedIn and Google Ads, build landing pages, QA assets, and support account-based marketing (ABM) programs with the sales team.
• Own campaign reporting, attribution, and dashboards in HubSpot and Google Analytics, delivering weekly readouts on lead quality and pipeline contribution.
• Measure, track, and improve Worldly’s visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews by building monthly AEO scorecards and executing optimization plans.

Requirements and Tech Stack

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS marketing execution experience, including personally building, launching, and reporting on demand generation and ABM campaigns. Expertise is required in our specific tech stack, which includes HubSpot, WordPress, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. The position pays $100 hourly.
