Growth Marketing Manager in Canada and USA
Infisical, an open-source security infrastructure platform backed by $19M from investors including Y Combinator, Google, and Elad Gil, is hiring a remote Senior Level Growth Marketing Manager based in Canada or the USA. In this marketing role, you will blend hands-on execution with strategic ownership across user acquisition, demand generation, and brand development to help developers and organizations discover the platform.
What You Will Do
- Own and scale growth across organic social, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, partnerships, and influencer channels.
- Build campaigns and experiments to generate measurable pipeline and improve funnel conversion.
- Analyze marketing data independently to make data-driven decisions on campaign performance.
- Shape market positioning to build a brand trusted by developers.
- Leverage AI tooling, automation, and internal workflows to increase marketing impact.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience in growth, digital, or developer marketing at a B2B SaaS company, preferably in an early- or growth-stage startup.
- Broad background spanning organic social, paid search, paid social, email, and SEO.
- Strong analytical skills for driving decisions, prioritizing opportunities, and forecasting results.
- High ownership and the ability to operate autonomously without an existing playbook.
- Strong command of AI tools, automation, and custom workflows.
- Must be based in the US or Canada.
