Growth Marketing Manager, Foundry

Instructure is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager, Foundry for a senior-level marketing role available across multiple global locations, including Australia, the USA, Germany, and the Netherlands. In this unique position within Foundry—a standalone division inside Instructure focused on generating new revenue with AI-built products—you will act as the sole growth engine, handling product marketing, demand generation, content, and lifecycle marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own positioning and messaging, crafting value propositions for new products across K12, higher education, and business and government.
• Run go-to-market strategies and launches for pilots, early access, and general availability.
• Build the demand engine, generating pipeline through campaigns and early-access recruiting.
• Drive content creation, developing collateral and customer-facing assets that build demand.
• Serve as the market and customer expert, feeding insights back into product and pricing.
• Own lifecycle and adoption, driving retention and expansion with value-based messaging.
• Track funnel and campaign performance against pipeline and revenue metrics.

Requirements and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in product, portfolio, or growth marketing, ideally in ed tech or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to execute strategic product launches and end-to-end go-to-market strategies.
• Hands-on demand-generation range and strong writing skills with a strategic content portfolio.
• Ability to influence executive and cross-functional teams and present effectively.
