Head of Growth Marketing

Flex is seeking a strategic, senior-level Head of Growth Marketing to join their Marketing team in the USA. Roles are available in San Francisco, Miami, New York, or on a fully remote basis.

Flex is building the AI-native private bank for business owners, re-architecting the financial system for entrepreneurs. Since launching publicly in September 2023, the company has scaled from zero to nine-figure annualized revenue with a path to profitability by late 2026. Flex serves affluent business owners generating $3–$200M in revenue and has raised over $100M in equity and $300M in debt.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 6-10 years of professional experience scaling demand generation at fast-growing companies.
• Education: Bachelors degree required.
• Salary: Listed at $200.

Key Responsibilities for the Head of Growth Marketing

• Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, optimizing CAC, payback period, and channel ROI across search, display, social, and retargeting.
• Own top-of-funnel acquisition for the self-serve motion, partnering closely with Product on onboarding flows, activation experiments, and monetization strategy.
• Manage Flex.one as a core growth surface, driving organic acquisition through technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) for AI discovery platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini.
• Develop and execute product and brand marketing strategies that drive awareness, revenue, and sales enablement.
