Karbon, the global leader in AI-powered practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a senior-level Implementation Specialist - Karbon Expert (Contract) for a customer service role based in Australia. This contract position is designed for experienced practitioners who have lived the day-to-day operations of an accounting firm and want to help other firms operationalize their workflows inside the Karbon platform.
What You Will Do
- Partner with firm leaders and administrators to translate internal operations into structured, scalable workflows within Karbon.
- Design and optimize Karbon work templates that align with accounting firm best practices, managing capacity, deadlines, and team collaboration.
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation delivery, guiding customers through onboarding, configuration, project milestones, and kick-off sessions.
- Facilitate training sessions and user enablement activities to ensure firm teams confidently adopt Karbon into their daily operations.
- Guide stakeholders through operational change management and drive long-term platform success.
Role Requirements
- Must possess 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Firsthand, practical industry experience working within accounting firms.
- Deep knowledge of Karbon and customer service workflow consulting.
