About the Informatica Admin Role in LATAM

In this IT position, you will support, maintain, and optimize the Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) platform for a global client. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and have 3+ years of relevant experience. NTT DATA requires adaptable team players who can manage production workloads, handle incident triage, perform root cause analysis, and execute Secure Agent health checks while collaborating with data engineering, analytics, and infrastructure teams.

• Monitor daily Informatica IDMC operations, taskflows, and data integration workflows
• Manage incident triage, problem resolution, and escalation to Informatica Global Customer Support
• Administer IDMC environments, assets, connections, and Secure Agents
• Maintain platform stability, log retention, and service level agreements
