UpGuard is seeking a senior-level Manager, GTM Engineering in Australia to join our Engineering team. Fresh off a US$75M Series C, we are scaling our infrastructure to process 100 billion risk signals daily and defining a new category with our Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform.
Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, you will lead an existing team of two GTM Engineers who possess software engineering backgrounds. Supported by the Rev Ops GTM Systems team, you will work across the funnel with a strong focus on customer success. The salary for this position is $1500.
Key Responsibilities for the Manager, GTM Engineering
- Own the automation and AI roadmap for the GTM organisation, determining build-versus-buy strategies.
- Supercharge the GTM team by building production-level automations using platforms like n8n and leveraging current LLMs with appropriate human-in-the-loop oversight.
- Drive user adoption, centralize shadow systems into shared capabilities, and democratize automation through thorough documentation and best practices.
- Contribute to analytics capabilities by understanding the importance of the semantic layer for GTM innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or significant practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a role such as GTM Engineer, Revenue Operations Engineer, or Software Engineer with a strong focus on GTM, Sales, or Customer Success systems and processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of software engineers.
