Collibra is seeking a senior-level Manager, Professional Services Delivery for its APAC region based in Australia. In this management role, you will partner with Sales Executives, Account Teams, Engagement Management, Support, Product Management, and Customer Engineering to drive customer success and regional services revenue attainment.

Key Responsibilities and Leadership Duties

• Lead, manage, and develop a dedicated team of Architects and Engagement Managers, overseeing their performance, career growth, onboarding, and individual utilization rates.
• Assist customers and team members with journey design, implementation decisions, and execution while ensuring high-quality, value-based delivery outcomes.
• Collaborate with the PS Portfolio Board on standard service offerings, accelerators, methodologies, and delivery supporting artifacts.
• Support business development by helping sales leaders build statements of work and journey-based proposals.
• Manage issues and escalations by working cross-functionally to analyze root causes and drive resolutions.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants must hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and bring 7-10 years of demonstrable services delivery industry experience, including a proven history of building and scaling high-performing professional services teams. Candidates should have exposure to AI transformation, data governance, data management, and data quality, alongside extensive experience navigating complex enterprise customer engagements. You must be fluent in written and verbal English, highly organized, proactive, and customer-obsessed.
