Our Team

We’re a lean, driven team of about 75 people who genuinely love what we do. We work hard, we move fast, and we’re obsessed with building things that matter. Our founding team knows what it takes to scale—from zero to IPO—and we’re bringing that same hustle to EverAI.

Alexis Soulopoulos – CEO
With over a decade in tech leadership, Alexis co-founded Mad Paws Holdings and took it all the way from startup to IPO. He’s been named to Forbes 30 Under 30 and landed on the Deloitte TechFast50 list two years in a row.

Michael Monin – Co-founder & CTO
Michael has spent more than 10 years as a CTO and COO across web2 and web3, and over a year now deep in the AI space. He’s a serial entrepreneur who scaled MTK Digital from zero to $20 million in revenue before exiting, and also built Zipchat, an AI chatbot for e-commerce brands.

Thomas Lacroix – Co-founder & CMO
Thomas brings over 8 years of experience in customer acquisition and growth. He’s co-founded and scaled Curatible (acquired by Blackstone) and MTK Digital, so he knows exactly how to take a product from niche to massive.
