Airtm is currently hiring a senior level Product Manager (AI & Blockchain) LATAM to drive IT product development across LATAM. The organization builds financial infrastructure for digital entrepreneurs in emerging markets, tackling slow cross-border payments and inflation through advanced stablecoin payment systems.
Product Manager (AI & Blockchain) LATAM Responsibilities
- Define a long-term product vision and realistic roadmap balancing short-term growth with scalability.
- Conduct structured customer and market research to understand user pain points.
- Partner with engineering, design, legal, compliance, and commercial teams to ship features that drive user adoption.
- Embed AI-powered capabilities into the platform for intelligent automation and personalized financial insights, while actively using AI tools in daily workflows.
Qualifications and Background
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in blockchain, fintech, or SaaS.
- Strong familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, wallets, or blockchain infrastructure.
- Hands-on, practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Perplexity, or Notion AI.
