Role Overview and Requirements

This is a senior position requiring a Masters degree and 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solution engineering, implementation consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role. The listed salary for this position is $1,000. Rather than a traditional pre-sales job, you will operate as a trusted technical advisor who combines commercial awareness with technical expertise to solve complex operational challenges for progressive organisations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Enterprise Sales Managers to conduct enterprise discovery, understand farming systems, and design tailored technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership during product demonstrations, solution workshops, and large-scale deployment planning.
• Unpack complex operational challenges alongside diverse stakeholders, from farm managers to executive boards.
• Act as a vital bridge between enterprise customers and Halter's Product and Engineering teams to guide future product evolution.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success to ensure seamless execution across large farming portfolios.
• Help establish best practices for enterprise solution engineering by contributing to technical playbooks and implementation frameworks.
