Senior AI Creative Innovator (Paid Ads) in APAC
OKX, a leading global crypto exchange and developer of the OKX Wallet, is seeking a Senior AI Creative Innovator (Paid Ads) for our IT team in the APAC region. This senior-level role focuses on developing AIGC video and AI-animated assets for paid advertisements to drive global market growth and product launches.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Concept and execute high-impact creatives for ads growth and marketing from initial brief to delivery.
- Leverage generative AI tools across the design stack—such as Figma AI, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini VEO, and Seedance—to accelerate ideation, moodboarding, asset variation, copy iteration, and production.
- Organize AIGC prompts and the internal visual resource library to enhance design efficiency.
- Present creative work and advocate for design decisions to stakeholders with clarity.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in design focused on marketing, advertising, or performance creative, ideally within fintech, tech, or high-growth startups.
- Demonstrate active, hands-on proficiency with AI image and animation creative tools to produce measurable business outcomes.
- Bring experience working rapidly in a remote environment while maintaining high quality standards and collaborating with business development and local market teams.
- Communicate fluently in both Mandarin and English to work effectively across multilingual, cross-regional teams.
