Zip is hiring a Senior ERP Solutions Consultant for a senior-level customer service role based in Australia. In this position, you will lead end-to-end customer onboarding, configure the enterprise procurement platform, and drive product implementation for a diverse portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding by gathering requirements and configuring the product to solve client challenges.
- Manage end-to-end implementations, building out customer processes from scratch.
- Conduct training and Q&A sessions to empower stakeholders.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects proactively while collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Procurement or Sourcing Manager, ERP/P2P Systems Consultant, or managing B2B SaaS customer relationships.
- Prior experience implementing or administering procurement tools or ERPs such as SAP Ariba, NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Dynamics, or Sage.
- Strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and software configuration comfort.
