Cobalt is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our fully remote marketing team in the USA. Founded in 2013, Cobalt provides offensive security testing through a powerful SaaS platform and an exclusive community of testers, helping organizations operate fearlessly and innovate securely. In this senior-level role, you will help build a sophisticated growth marketing framework focused on automation and orchestration to identify high-propensity accounts and nurture them toward purchase readiness across North America and EMEA regions.

This position requires a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on growth, demand generation, or regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment. You must also have demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for new logo acquisition and customer expansion.
• Drive multi-channel initiatives utilizing email, webinars, social media, direct mail, and digital advertising.
• Design automated workflows and AI agents to accelerate program delivery and execution.
• Leverage UserGems intent signals and tracking to engage buying committees and follow previous champions to new target accounts.
• Co-own the content calendar with the content team and partner closely with Sales and Revenue Operations using Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Track active program metrics continuously and manage course corrections to meet key performance targets.
