Consensys, a leading blockchain and web3 software company, is seeking a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager for a remote marketing position available in the USA and LATAM. Please note that applications from candidates based in France, Italy, or Germany cannot be considered for this role. The position offers a salary of $115,000.

In this senior-level role within the Growth Marketing team, you will shape the lifecycle strategy across Consensys products like MetaMask and Linea. Your responsibilities include overseeing lifecycle campaigns from start to finish—such as push notifications, in-app banners, and modals—while developing an experimentation roadmap to optimize user education, activation, engagement, and retention.

Candidate Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in lifecycle marketing
• Experience building lifecycle user journeys from the ground up for large userbases
• Practical execution experience in Customer Engagement Platform systems like Braze
• Familiarity with marketing and analytical tools including Segment, Mixpanel, and Preset
• Intermediate education level and strong project management skills
• Web3 experience is considered a bonus
